The Planning Applications Committee of Kensington and Chelsea Council convened on Tuesday, 21 July 2026, to discuss a range of planning and listed building applications. Key decisions included the approval of planning permission for extensions and alterations at 95 St Mark's Road, 32 and 32A Mallord Street, and 47 Melbury Road. The committee also granted listed building consent for works at 15-50 Edenham Way and 52 Cadogan Place/54 Cadogan Lane. However, planning permission was refused for the proposed change of use at 134-134a Lancaster Road and 139 Ladbroke Grove due to concerns about noise and amenity impacts, and listed building consent was refused for a proposed lift shaft at 39 Brompton Square due to heritage concerns. Advertisement consent was refused for a digital display at Harrods due to its detrimental impact on visual amenity.
