Councillor Lewanski was elected as chair, and Councillor Rich Michalowski was elected as vice chair for the year. Election of Chair

Councillor Lewanski was nominated and elected as the chair of the Partner, Shareholder and Trustee Executive Sub-Committee for the year 2024-2025. Councillor Biggs nominated him, and Councillor Michalowski seconded the nomination. Councillor Lewanski then took over the meeting as chair.

Election of Vice Chair

Councillor Rich Michalowski was nominated and elected as the vice chair of the committee for the year 2024-2025. Councillor Lewanski proposed him, and Councillor Biggs seconded the nomination.

Pre-Election Period Guidance

The chair reminded members that the council is in the pre-election period for the general election on 4 July 2024. Guidance has been issued by the monitoring officers to ensure that council conduct is not perceived as election campaigning and that political impartiality of officers is maintained. Members were advised to refrain from endorsing or referencing any candidates or political parties during the meeting.
