The committee went into private session to discuss the remaining items on the agenda. This was done under Section 100A of the Local Government Act 1972¹ because the items involved the likely disclosure of exempt information.

The public be excluded from the meeting for the following items of business on the grounds that they involve the lightly disclosure of exempt information under the relevant power-offs of part one of Schedule 12A of the Act.
