The committee granted the variation to the premises licence for Eat Well Naturally, allowing for extended opening hours. This decision was made after considering an objection from the Noise and Nuisance Team, who raised concerns about potential disturbance to local residents due to extended hours. The applicant, represented by Kirankumar Thakkar and Meenesh Patel, argued that the extended hours were necessary for business sustainability and to serve essential workers.

The granted variation includes:

• Opening hours of premises: Mondays to Sundays, 06:00 to 02:00.
• Addition of conditions proposed by the Police and agreed by the applicant, including the requirement for alcohol display units to have lockable shutters.
• A condition to keep the doors of the premises closed to avoid disturbance to local residents.
• A condition to ensure no delivery drivers congregate outside the premises.
• A requirement to supply a phone number of a staff member on the window for residents to contact if they wish to complain about noise disturbance.

The licence becomes operational with immediate effect.

The committee granted the variation to the premises licence for Pizza Hut Delivery, extending its licensable hours for late-night refreshment and its premises opening hours. This decision followed representations from the Noise and Nuisance Team and a local resident, who objected on the grounds of potential public nuisance from delivery drivers and increased activity during late hours. The applicant, represented by Seyed Duzain, Kishore, and Nasir Uddin, emphasised that the premises would be delivery-only after midnight and that strict conditions, agreed with the Metropolitan Police, would be in place to manage any potential issues.

The granted variation includes:

• Late night refreshment hours: Monday to Thursday from 23:00 to 01:00, and Friday to Saturday from 23:00 to 02:00. Sunday from 23:00 to 01:00.
• Takeaway hours after closing to the public: Sunday to Thursday from 23:00 to 01:00, and Friday and Saturday from 23:00 to 02:00.
• Premises opening hours to the public: Monday to Sunday, 11:00 to 00:00.
• Addition of 18 conditions proposed by the Police and agreed by the applicant, covering aspects such as CCTV, staff training, management of delivery drivers, and waste disposal.
• A condition to ensure no refuse is taken outside the premises between 00:00 and a reasonable hour in the morning to avoid noise disturbance to residents.

This licence also becomes operational with immediate effect.
