The Trafford Council Planning and Development Management Committee met on Tuesday 22 September 2106, approving a significant residential development at 499 Chester Road, Old Trafford, and a change of use for a former nursery on Moss Lane to a respite facility. The committee also approved the delegation of planning functions for a cross-border development at Ryebank Fields to Manchester City Council, and granted planning permission for a dental practice in Partington, a change of use for offices to a dwelling in Timperley, and a side extension to a property on Sydney Street. The committee also discussed and recommended for adoption changes to the Council's constitution to align with the National Scheme of Delegation for planning applications.
