The Members Home to School Transport Appeals Panel of Carmarthenshire Council met on Wednesday 30 September 2026 to consider appeals regarding the provision of free school transport. The panel was scheduled to hear three separate appeals from applicants ARW, LRL, and OJT.
Appeals for Free School Transport
The panel was scheduled to consider appeals from three applicants concerning decisions made by the authority regarding the provision of free school transport.
- Appeal by Applicant ARW: The panel was to consider an appeal by applicant ARW against a decision by the authority not to provide free school transport. The relevant report pack for this item was restricted and not publicly available.
- Appeal by Applicant LRL: An appeal by applicant LRL against the authority's decision on free school transport was also scheduled for consideration. The documentation pertaining to this appeal was also restricted.
