Okay, so we now move on to the second half and I would like to welcome participants to this meeting of full council. This meeting is being live streamed to the council's YouTube channel. Welcome to any members of the public who are watching the meeting remotely. The recording of the meeting will remain online for four years. Item three, appointment of honoree Oderman. I'd like to ask the Chief Executive to introduce the report, Gareth. Thank you, Mayor. So, Council make and further title of honoree Oderman on persons who it considers has rendered eminent services to the authority in their past roles as Councillors. Historically, Council has conferred the title of honoree Oderman upon its past members in recognition of both long service and significant contribution to the authority's affairs. The long-standing local criteria, which has been applied when conferring the title of honoree Oderman, was that a person had at least 16 years service or had been a past mayor or chair of the Council. So, this report recommends that former Councillors, Babbage, Britta, Fisher, Flynn, and Seachem fell within this criteria. Thank you, Mayor. If I could ask Councillor Arwina, hey, to propose the motion, and invite Councillor Tabby Joy to second, thank you. Thank you, Mayor. I'd just like to put on record, thanks to all of those Councillors, and formally propose that they are made honoree Oderman. Thank you. I would like to second that. Thank you, Mayor. So, Council may confer the title of honoree Freeman on persons who it considers have rendered eminent and distinguished service to the borough of Cheltenon. Leslie Bonney, Chun Kong, and Michael Ratcliffe, MBE, have been nominated by the group leaders. Thank you, Mayor. And then, once again, if I can invite Councillor to inhale to propose the motion, and Councillor Tabby Joy to second, thank you. Thank you, Mayor. I'd like to formally propose. Those that Leslie, Chun, and Michael are all put forward as honoree Freeman of the borough for their eminent service to Cheltenon. Thank you. And I would like to second that, so, please, thank you.
