Councillor Terry led the tribute, highlighting Ron Price's significant contributions to the community and his long-standing service. Councillor Terry stated, Ron Price was a pillar of our community, dedicating decades of his life to public service and the betterment of Southend-on-Sea.
Apologies and Declarations of Interest
Apologies were received from Councillor Darryl Jones and Councillor Evans. Additionally, it was noted that another councillor was running late. There were no declarations of interest from the attending members.
