General Scrutiny of the Cabinet Secretary for Climate Change and Rural Affairs
The committee received evidence from Huw Irranca-Davies MS, the Cabinet Secretary for Climate Change and Rural Affairs, and Welsh Government officials. Discussions centred on the current policies and initiatives aimed at tackling climate change and promoting rural development. General Scrutiny of the Cabinet Secretary for North Wales and Transport
Ken Skates MS, the Cabinet Secretary for North Wales and Transport, along with Welsh Government officials, provided evidence on transport infrastructure and services in North Wales. The committee examined the performance of Transport for Wales and discussed future plans to improve rail and road networks. Ken Skates highlighted the need for sustainable transport solutions, noting:
