Good morning. Welcome to cabinet member decisions for highways, transport and economic growth on Tuesday, the 25th of June at 1030. I'm Matt furnace. I am the cabinet member making the decision today. So just whizzing through item one declaration of interest. I have no interest to declare. We've had no member or public questions or petitions. So we go main straight to the substantive item, item three appropriation of land at Stringer's common working road, Guildford. Uh, and, uh, we have, uh, Christopher Duke and Antoinette's, uh, online. Um, Chris, uh, Antoinette, would either of you like to say anything, uh, about the item in front of us today? Um, well, no, I mean, we're here today to, um, get a, well, a couple of things actually one to seek approval, um, for, uh, the undertaking, uh, of the public consultation and two to seek approval for delegates to authority to the appropriate, uh, executive member, which currently is, uh, the outgoing Katie Stewart. Chris? Uh, yes. And I basically this, the paper sets out what the process is, um, to, um, regarding the, uh, appropriation, um, and, uh, what, what, what is required, um, uh, in terms of, uh, uh, the relevant cabinet member, uh, decision, um, in order that the appropriation process can then proceed. Um, that is also, that's also outlined in the papers as well. Okay, thank you. Um, so in particular, it is to, uh, deregistration of the land at strings column to facilitate junction improvements, um, for the wayside urban village scheme in, in Guilford. So there's two items, uh, for recommendation to agree. Um, so I'm very happy to agree to the appropriation of the Surrey County council and land at working road is illustrated in annex a to the public highway as the land is not considered to be necessary to be retained as part of the common and to, uh, delegate authority to the executive director for environment, infrastructure and growth or equivalent, uh, in consultation with cabinet member for highways transport and economic growth to deal with all associated matters arising as part of the appropriation process.
