The report pack recommends that the committee awards the contracts for the General Building Contract. The report pack explains that the contract with the previous provider of these services has now expired:

The contract with the incumbent contractor has expired and Single Tender Actions have been sought to provide capacity to the service area. Any further delays will result in a gap in service.
