The committee considered a report on an application for funding from Greenwich Hospital Market for £9,999.90 from the Greenwich Neighbourhood Growth Fund to support a series of markets in Cutty Sark Gardens.

The funding is to cover for the infrastructure and logistics of running these markets and ensure they are free to attend for local people.

Some members of the committee expressed concern about the short length of the proposed market, with only eight trading stalls present, but ultimately the committee voted to award the full amount of funding requested.
