Well, as normal, the part one section today is being webcast via the Surrey County Council website. The committee of course is sorry meeting in person to fulfil their legal decision making requirements, whereas Surrey Heartlands, Frimley and indeed myself are all joining virtually. As normal, the meeting is being recorded purely for administrative purposes. It will be held securely, but if anyone does have any objection, please, please do signal. If I could just give the normal advice on the use of chat just for operational matters, because it is, it's visible to all attendees and of course it is subject to the freedom of information requests the same way as paper, so it just needs to be viewed a little in that context. We do have some apologies. We've had apologies from Ian Smith as chair of Surrey Heartlands, Karen McDowell, but we've got Charlotte, Dr Charlotte Caniff here representing, so we're in good hands and Tracy Faraday-Drake is representing the Frimley ICB. So that's everything in order. Can I just check that your register, the register of interest is to the best of your knowledge up to date, but certainly if not, could you, could you signal? And similarly, no conflicts have been identified on the part one agenda prior to the meeting, but if anything should come up at any time that you think might be, please do feel free to signal at any stage. The good news is that we are quarant, which is excellent, so we can now go on then to the minutes of the meeting held on the 20th of March, and if you're all content with the minutes, I'll ask you to approve them. Turning to item five, the part one log, I'm pleased to confirm there are no open actions on the log, so nothing for us to identify today. So moving on to item six, there are no questions from the public in relation to part one, but there is a question from a Surrey County Council member in relation to the children's procurement item, which we've decided we'll take under, given its accounts for under part two of the agenda, so we'll come on to that very shortly if that's okay with you all.
