This report seeks my approval to the freehold disposal of the former Plainfield in Surrey Hills, All Saints Church of England Primary School, Abbinger Lane, Abbinger Common, Dorking, RH56HZ. 3B, following an open market campaign. 3B, following an open market campaign. It is recommended that I formally declare the asset surplus to operational requirements and this has been done in consultation with the leader and deputy leader. 3B, I approve the sale of the former Plainfield, Surrey Hills, All Saints Church of England Primary School, Abbinger Lane, Abbinger Common, Dorking, RH56HZ. To the party at the price and subject to the conditions noted in the part two report. Item three, delegate authority to the director of land and property in consultation with the executive director for environment, property and growth to finalise the transaction and enter into all associated legal agreements. We will now move to item four, so exclusion of the public. Under section 100A of the Local Government Act 1972, the public be excluded from the meeting during consideration of the following items of business on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information under the relevant paragraphs of part one of schedule 12A of the Act.
