on Monday the 13th of May there are no members of the public here this morning so I won't go through the fire drills and the social media policy already aware of so I'll go straight into the agenda item one, apologies for absence, no apologies received. Item two, then minutes of the previous meeting which was held on 21st of March 2024, those agreed. Thank you very much. Item three, does any member have any interest to declare relation to the items on the agenda today? No declaration, thank you very much and there were no questions or petitions. That brings us into the public party of the agenda under section 100A of the local Government Act 1972. The public be excluded from the meeting during consideration of the following items of business on the grounds that they involve the lightly disclosure of exempt information under the relevant paragraphs of Part 1 of Section 12A of the Act.
