Good afternoon. I'd like to welcome members officers and any members of the public in attendance at this cabinet member decision meeting. Item number one, declarations of interest. I have no declarations of interest. Item two, procedural matters. Two a member questions, there are no member questions, and two b public questions, there are no public questions. Under section 100 a of the local government act 1972, the public are to be excluded from the meeting for the following items of business on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information under the relevant paragraphs of part one of schedule 12 a of the act.
