The Appointments Sub-Committee of Westminster City Council met to consider the appointment of a new Director of Customer Experience.

The committee were scheduled to interview candidates for the role of Director of Customer Experience.
The postholder will be responsible for developing and implementing a customer-centric culture across the organisation, ensuring that residents, businesses and visitors receive a consistently high level of service.
