Personal Licence Review

The Director of Neighbourhood and Environmental Services submitted a report that requires the sub-committee to determine the review of a personal licence.

The report is restricted under paragraphs 1, 2, and 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972, meaning that the details of the review were scheduled to be discussed in private, as they contain exempt information, namely:

• Information relating to any individual.
• Information which is likely to reveal the identity of an individual.
• Information relating to the financial or business affairs of any particular person (including the authority holding that information).
