Summary
The Capital Buildings Board were scheduled to meet on Wednesday 21 May 2025 to discuss updates on the Salisbury Square Development, the City of London Police property store, and a future disposal strategy for 1 Queen Victoria Street and the Mayor's and City Court, Guildhall. Salisbury Square Development
The board was scheduled to receive two reports on the Salisbury Square Development, one providing a funding overview in conjunction with the Future Police Estate Portfolio, and another providing a RIBA Stage 5 update. RIBA1 Stage 5 relates to the construction phase of the project.
City of London Police Estate
The meeting was scheduled to address several items related to the City of London Police estate. These included a funding overview for the Future Police Estate Portfolio in conjunction with the Salisbury Square Development, a report on the City of London Police property store, and a feasibility proposal relating to a Tactical Firearm Training Facility.
Property Disposal Strategy
The board was scheduled to discuss a future disposal strategy for 1 Queen Victoria Street (Magistrates' Court) and the Mayor's and City Court, Guildhall.
