The Civic Affairs Sub-Committee was scheduled to meet on Tuesday 28 October 2025 to discuss applications for the use of the Great Hall, applications for hospitality, and a review of the committee hospitality programme. Committee Hospitality Programme Review
The committee was scheduled to consider a report of the Remembrancer regarding the Committee Hospitality Programme Review commencing in 2026/27.
Applications for Hospitality
The Civic Affairs Sub-Committee was scheduled to consider two applications for hospitality:
- Application A
- Application B
Applications for the use of Great Hall
The Sub-Committee was scheduled to consider a report of the Remembrancer detailing applications for the use of Great Hall.
Usage of Committee Rooms
The Sub-Committee was scheduled to review a joint report of the Deputy Town Clerk and the Remembrancer regarding the usage of committee rooms.
