Actuarial Valuation Process Update
The board is scheduled to receive an update on the 2025 actuarial valuation of the pension fund. Actuarial valuation is a method used to assess the assets and liabilities of a pension scheme1.
CBRE Direct Property Update
The board is scheduled to receive an update on the council's direct property investments from CBRE, a commercial real estate services and investment firm.
Pension Administration Update

Cashflow Update
The board is scheduled to discuss a report about the cashflow of the pension fund.
