Major Planning Applications
Former Chase Farm Hospital
The committee will consider a report regarding application 25/02292/RM for the former Chase Farm Hospital site on The Ridgeway. The application seeks permission for reserved matters following outline approval 20/01923/OUT.
The report recommends that the Head of Planning and Building Control be authorised to grant planning permission, subject to conditions and the completion of a Deed of Variation to the original Section 106 Agreement1. The Head of Planning and Building Control would also be authorised to approve details submitted pursuant to various conditions relating to the outline planning permission.
Land Use for Storage on Park Road
Application 24/03165/FUL concerns land at 10 Park Road, London, N18 2YS for storage purposes. The report recommends that the Head of Planning and Building Control be authorised to grant planning permission subject to conditions and the completion of a Section 106 Agreement. The Head of Planning and Building Control would also be granted delegated authority to finalise the wording of the Section 106 Agreement and the conditions.
Enfield Town Library
The committee is scheduled to discuss application 25/02750/RE4 for Enfield Town Library, 66 Church Street, Enfield, EN2 6AX. The report recommends that the Planning Decisions Manager be authorised to grant planning permission subject to conditions, and be granted delegated authority to finalise the wording of the conditions.
Church Hall, Grove Road
The committee will consider application 25/00372/FUL for Church Hall, Grove Road, London, N11 1LX. The report recommends that the Head of Planning and Building Control be authorised to grant planning permission subject to conditions and the finalisation of a Section 106 Agreement. The Head of Planning and Building Control would also be granted delegated authority to agree the final wording of both the Section 106 Agreement and conditions.

Review of Appeals Performance
The committee will receive and note a Summary of Appeal Decisions from the Head of Planning, detailing the review of appeals performance for 2024/25.
Dates of Future Meetings
The committee will note the dates of future meetings, which are scheduled to take place between December 2025 and April 2026.
