The Staff Appeals, Appointment and Remuneration Committee met to interview candidates for the role of Director of Revenues & Transactional Services. After interviewing four candidates, the committee appointed Bola Odunsi to the position.

Director of Revenues & Transactional Services Appointment

The main item on the agenda was to conduct final stage interviews for the Director of Revenues & Transactional Services. Councillors Tim Leaver, Deputy Leader of the Council / Cabinet Member for Finance and Procurement, Alev Cazimoglu, Cabinet Member for Health and Social Care, Susan Erbil, Cabinet Member for Planning and Regulatory Services, James Hockney and Julian Sampson interviewed four candidates. Following the interviews, the committee appointed Bola Odunsi as the new Director of Revenues & Transactional Services.

Exclusion of Press and Public

The committee resolved to exclude the press and public from the meeting during the interviews, as the discussion involved exempt information relating to individuals, as defined in Paragraph 1 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972¹.
