The Agenda Frontsheet for the meeting included an item on substitutes.

Exclusion of Press and Public

The Agenda Frontsheet included a motion to exclude the press and public from the meeting during the discussion of the exempt items. The reason given for this was that the items involved:

• 1. Information relating to any individual.
• 2. Information which is likely to reveal the identity of an individual

This was said to be in accordance with Section 100A of the Local Government Act 1972¹.
