The Miscellaneous Licensing Committee of Cornwall Council is scheduled to meet on Friday, 5th December 2025. • A review of Hackney Carriage Vehicle Licence WV169.
• An application for the grant of a Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Vehicle Driver's Licence for applicant CD288.

Exclusion of Press and Public

The committee is expected to consider a resolution to exclude the press and public from the meeting during discussions of the Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Vehicle Licences. The reason cited for this exclusion is that these discussions are likely to involve the disclosure of exempt information relating to individuals, as defined in the Local Government Act 1972. The report pack states that there has been compliance with the public interest test provisions in the Local Government Act 1972 in producing this report.
