A decision on an application concerning 7 Jail Lane, Biggin Hill was deferred.

• (25/03289/FPA) Spring Lodge, Elizabeth Way, Orpington - The application was approved. This application concerned a property in the St Mary Cray ward.

• (25/03290/FPA) 12 Crossley Close, Biggin Hill - The application was approved. This application concerned a property in the Biggin Hill ward.

• (25/04236/HPA) 23 Oakfield Lane, Keston - The application was approved. This application concerned a property in the Hayes and Coney Hall ward.

• (25/04904/LDC) 7 Jail Lane, Biggin Hill - A decision on the application was deferred. This application concerned a property in the Biggin Hill ward.

Declarations of Interest

Councillor Alexa Michael, Chairman, Development Control Committee, and Councillor Colin Hitchins, Vice-Chairman, General Purposes & Licensing Committee, declared that they knew the objecting speaker on agenda item 4.1, concerning 23 Oakfield Lane, Keston. Councillor Shaun Slator, Chairman, Plans Sub-Committee No. 1 & Vice-Chairman, Executive, Resources and Contracts PDS Committee, declared that he was a Trustee of Cray Valley Memorial Hall, which owns the neighbouring building to Spring Lodge, Elizabeth Way, Orpington, which was being discussed in item 4.3.
