The Pension Fund Investment & Administration Panel are scheduled to meet to discuss the Royal Borough of Greenwich Pension Fund's ¹ investment strategy, funding, and performance. They will also receive an update on the London Collective Investment Vehicle (LCIV).

Draft Investment Strategy Statement

The panel will review proposed changes to the Investment Strategy Statement, and note the findings of the Investment Strategy Review. They will also be asked to approve the recommendation on strategic asset allocation.

Fund Manager Performance

The panel will note a report on the performance of the Royal Borough of Greenwich Pension Fund's investment managers for the period ending 30 September 2025.

LCIV Update

The panel will receive a presentation on the London Collective Investment Vehicle (LCIV). The LCIV is a collaboration of London local authorities who have pooled their pension fund assets to reduce costs and improve investment opportunities.

Pension Fund Carbon Footprint Data and Training

The panel will receive training on the updated Climate Analytics Metrics from the London Collective Investment Vehicle. They will also consider the Pension Fund Carbon Footprint Data as of 31 March 2025.

Funding Strategy Statement

The panel will note the changes to the Funding Strategy Statement following the 2025 valuation and updated guidance. The draft statement will be issued for consultation with employers and other bodies, and will return to the Panel in March 2026 for formal approval. Valuation - Initial Whole Fund Results

The panel will note the outcome of the Royal Borough of Greenwich Pension Fund valuation.
