The Countryside and Rights of Way Panel of Staffordshire Council is scheduled to meet to discuss an application to register land in Falmouth as a village green, as well as a report relating to an application to record a public right of way.
Falmouth Village Green Application
The panel is scheduled to discuss a report regarding an application to register land at Falmouth as a village green. The application, NVG 35, was made under section 13 of the Commons Act 20061. The application was submitted to Staffordshire County Council on 28 July 2023. The applicant asserts that a significant number of inhabitants of the locality, or of a neighbourhood within the locality, have indulged in lawful sports and pastimes on the land for a minimum of 20 years. They also assert that they continue to do so, and have the right to do so.
The report pack includes Appendix C Inspectors report NVG35, which is the Planning Inspector’s report, and also NVG 35 - Appendix A_Redacted and Appendix B redacted - compressed.
Public Right of Way application
The panel is scheduled to discuss a report relating to an application to record a public right of way. The application was made under section 53 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 19812. The report pack includes a s.53 report 1, as well as several appendices: Appendix A redacted 1, Appendix B 1, Appendix C- user evidence forms redacted, Appendix C- user evidence plans redacted and Appendix Di redacted.
