The City of London Police Authority Board is scheduled to meet on Wednesday 10 December 2025 to discuss performance updates, subcommittee reports, and updates from the chair and commissioner. The board will also discuss and decide on a number of non-public items, including the future police estates programme, risk register updates, and fraud and cyber crime reporting.

Future of City of London Police Estates

The City of London Police Authority Board will be considering multiple reports relating to the future of the City of London Police estate.

The board will receive an update on the Future Police Estates Programme, specifically focusing on the Tactical Firearms Training Facility. A decision is scheduled to be made on this item.

The board will also be updated on the Future Police Estate including the Salisbury Square Development Programme.

The potential use of the commercial building of the Salisbury Square Development as a crime campus is scheduled to be discussed.

The board will also discuss a report from the City Surveyor on securing police accommodation to 2030.

Fraud and Cyber Crime Reporting and Analysis Service (FCCRAS)

The board will be updated on the Fraud and Cyber Crime Reporting and Analysis Service (FCCRAS). This will include a regular progress report for December 2025, and a Gateway 4 review of the FCCRAS programme by the National Infrastructure & Service Transformation Authority (NISTA).

Policing Plan Performance Update

The board will receive a report from the Commissioner on the Policing Plan Performance for Quarter 2. This report is for information. Appendix 1 Policing Plan Performance provides additional information.

HMICFRS Activities Update

The board will receive a report from the Commissioner on the quarterly HMICFRS¹ activities for Quarter 2 (July - September 2025).

Quarterly Sub-Committees Summary Report

The board will receive a report from the Town Clerk summarising the activities of the sub-committees during the second quarter.

Updates from the Chair and Commissioner

The agenda includes updates from Tijs Broeke, Chair of the City of London Police Authority Board, and the Commissioner of the City of London Police. These updates are scheduled to cover both public and non-public matters.
