The People, Culture & Inclusion Committee of the Barbican Centre Board is scheduled to meet on Wednesday, 10 December 2025. Draft Equity, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EEDI) Strategic Framework

The committee will receive a report from the Chief Strategy Officer regarding the draft Equity, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EEDI) Strategic Framework. The framework is presented for information.

Barbican Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Strategy Update

The Interim CEO of the Barbican Centre¹ is scheduled to provide an update on the Barbican Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Strategy. Appendices 1-8 relating to this item are marked as non-public.

Exclusion of the Public

The committee will consider a motion to exclude the public from the meeting for certain items. This is allowed under Section 100(A) of the Local Government Act 1972, if the items for discussion are likely to disclose exempt information as defined in Part 1 of Schedule 12(A) of the act.

Quarterly PCI Update

The Interim CEO of the Barbican Centre will provide a quarterly update, which is marked as non-public.

Minutes

The committee will be asked to approve the minutes and non-public summary of the previous meeting held on 23rd September 2025. The Minutes of Previous Meeting are included in the report pack.
