Summary
The Licensing Panel A of Camden Council is scheduled to meet on 18 December 2025 to discuss procedure rules for remote meetings and two applications relating to premises licenses. The first application concerns a request to vary a premises licence, and the second concerns temporary event notices1.

The panel will consider a report from the Executive Director Investment, Place and Opportunity regarding an application to vary a premises licence for the Imperial Restaurant & Bar located on Birchington Road, London, NW6 4LJ. The application has been made under section 34 of the Licensing Act 20032.
7 Percy Street, London, W1T 1DH
The panel will also discuss a report from the Executive Director Investment, Place and Opportunity regarding an application for temporary event notices for 7 Percy Street, London, W1T 1DH. The application has been made under Section 100 of the Licensing Act 2003.
Guidance on Remote Meetings
The panel will be asked to agree the procedure rules for remote meetings, as detailed in the document entitled Guidance on Remote Meetings held under the Licensing Act 2003 and Associated Regulations. This guidance includes advice for participants, who are defined as:
members of the committee; other councillors who seek to address the committee; officers advising the committee or presenting reports; any external partners / third-parties invited to address or advise the Committee; and deputees (including any member of the public with speaking rights).
The guidance covers preparing for the meeting, conduct during the meeting, and procedures for exempt or confidential items. It also mentions Camden Council's policy of writing minutes in a way that does not misgender individuals.
