The General Licensing and Registration Sub-Committee (3) of Durham County Council is scheduled to convene on Wednesday, 17 December 2025. Minutes of the Meeting Held on 8 September 2025
The Sub-Committee is scheduled to review and approve the minutes from their meeting held on 8 September 20251. According to the minutes, at that meeting the Sub-Committee considered the ongoing suitability of an applicant to be licensed as a Private Hire Driver and Hackney Carriage Driver. The Senior Licensing Enforcement Officer presented a report, and the Area Workshop Depot Manager provided information regarding the mechanical workings of the vehicle. The applicant was invited to address the Sub-Committee. The Sub-Committee resolved to issue the applicant a written warning for six months.
