The Housing, Planning and Development Scrutiny Panel are scheduled to meet on Monday 15th December 2025 at George Meehan House. Housing Revenue Account Business Plan and Budget 2026/27

The panel is scheduled to receive and make recommendations on the Housing Revenue Account Business Plan and Budget 2026/27. The Housing Revenue Account (HRA) is a ring-fenced account that manages the income and expenditure related to council housing¹. The HRA Business Plan sets out the long-term strategy for managing and maintaining council housing stock, and the annual budget allocates resources to achieve the plan's objectives.

Finance Update - Q2 2025/26

The panel is scheduled to discuss the council's financial position at Quarter 2 of the 2025/26 financial year. This will include a review of revenue and capital expenditure, as well as any significant variances from the approved budget.
