Any Other Business and Next Meeting

The meeting was scheduled to be chaired by Councillor Alan Mitchell, with Councillor Hina Mir serving as Vice-Chair. Other members scheduled to attend included Councillors Muhammad Akram, Madeeha Asim, Lily Bath, Adesh Farmahan, Samina Nagra, Raghwinder Siddhu, and Kuldeep Tak.

The previous meeting of the Bedfont and Feltham Area Forum took place on 25th September 2025. Discussions at that meeting included the opening of Feltham Green Eco Cabin and the Freddie Mercury Memorial Garden, a parks consultation, and youth issues in Feltham Town Centre. Updates were also provided on the council's contract with Lime ebikes, the design of parking bollards on Bedfont High Street, and traffic light phasing at Minimax crossroads. Residents had raised concerns during the open forum regarding the need for a permanent venue for Feltham Boxing Club, traffic safety on Staines Road, abandoned ebikes, anti-social behaviour among youth, fly-tipping in Granville Avenue, burglary deterrence, and homelessness. Presentations were also given by Feltham Voices, who announced a community clean-up weekend.
