Those who submit questions at least five working days before the meeting will receive a written response prior to the meeting, and will also have the opportunity to ask one follow-up question during the session. Questions submitted within five working days of the meeting will receive a written response after the event. All submitted questions, along with the names and any represented organisations of the questioners, will be published and included in the meeting minutes.
