It was also proposed to remove a section of the previous southbound bus lane on Woodstock Road, from Wolvercote Roundabout down to the junction with Field House Drive. In St Giles', the plan was to replace existing 'No Waiting 8am-6.30pm' (single yellow lines) with 'No Waiting at Any Time' (double yellow lines) on the northwest arm of the street, opposite a point 12 metres southeast of the junction with Little Clarendon Street. Eynsham Area Local Cycling and Walking Infrastructure Plan
A significant item on the agenda was the proposed adoption of the Eynsham Local Cycling and Walking Infrastructure Plan (LCWIP). This plan, detailed in the report CMDTM22012026 - Eynsham LCWIP, outlines proposed improvements to cycling and walking routes within the Eynsham area.
Sheep Street ETRO – Review of Consultation and Traffic Data on Cycling Access
The meeting was scheduled to review consultation and traffic data concerning an ETRO on Sheep Street. The recommendations included amending the ETRO to allow disabled users who rely on cycles as mobility aids to cycle during market hours. Furthermore, a proposal was to delegate authority to the Director of Environment and Highways to establish a permit or exemption scheme for disabled individuals negatively impacted by the market-hour restrictions. East Oxford CPZ Review 2025
A review of the Controlled Parking Zone (CPZ) in East Oxford was scheduled, with several proposed changes to parking arrangements. These included:

- Deferring a decision on a proposed new cycle parking bay in Boulter Street.
- Not approving or withdrawing a proposed extension of an existing short-stay parking bay in Caroline Street.
- Not approving or withdrawing a proposed new shared-use parking bay outside Nos.1-4 Nye Bevan Close.

Headington Central CPZ Review 2025
The meeting was also set to review the CPZ in Headington Central, with a series of proposed parking amendments. These included:
- Approving the extension of a shared-use parking bay on the southern side of All Saints Road.
- Approving double yellow lines in Bateman Street.
- Approving the extension of an existing permit holder parking bay in Kennett Road.
- Approving a shared-use parking bay in Lime Walk.
- Approving a 'No Loading' restriction and the removal of a taxi rank (to be replaced with double yellow lines) in London Road.
- Approving a new disabled parking bay and motorcycle parking bay in Stephen Road.
- Approving the extension of existing double yellow lines, reducing a permit holder bay, in Stile Road.
- Approving shared-use parking bays in York Road.
- Approving a permit holder parking bay in Gardiner Street, as amended.
- Approving double yellow lines in Langley Close, as amended.
- Approving a shared-use parking bay outside Standon Court in New High Street, as amended.
- Approving the extension of double yellow lines and reduction of an existing permit holder parking bay in St Andrews Lane, as amended.
- Deferring a decision on the proposed extension of a permit holder parking bay outside Nos.35-37 in New High Street.

Proposed No Waiting Restrictions - Cadogan Park, Woodstock
The meeting was scheduled to consider the introduction of new 'No Waiting at Any Time' restrictions (double yellow lines) in Woodstock. These proposed restrictions would affect sections of Cadogan Park, Crecy Walk, Oxford Road (service road), Park Side, and the junctions of Princes Rise, Flemmings Road, and Plane Tree Way. Abingdon Centre East - Proposed Waiting Restrictions
A review of proposed waiting restrictions in Abingdon Centre East was on the agenda. The recommendations included approving the introduction of 'No Waiting at Any Time' (double yellow lines) on sections of Audlett Drive, Jackman Close, Magnette Close, Penlon Place, and Quakers Court. Abingdon Town Centre - Parking Amendments
The meeting was scheduled to consider parking amendments in Abingdon Town Centre. The proposed changes included:
- Formalising an existing 'No Loading' restriction on Drayton Road.
- Introducing new 'No Waiting at Any Time' (double yellow lines) parking restrictions on sections of Lombard Street, St Edmunds Lane, St Helens Court, West St Helen Street, and St Helens Wharf.
- Introducing new 'Resident Permit Holders Only' parking bays (with 'AB' prefix) in St Edmunds Lane.
- Approving amendments for residents of specific almshouses and alleyways to apply for 'AB' prefixed residents and visitors' parking permits.
- Introducing a '30-minute Limited Waiting Parking Bay' on a section of West St Helen Street.
- Introducing '2-hour Limited Waiting Parking Bays' on sections of Manor Court.
- Introducing a 'Pay & Display' Parking Place on St Helens Wharf, with resident permit holders exempt.
- Confirming that existing 'Pay & Display' and 'Resident Permit Holders Only' parking bays within the Town Centre area will remain, with updated signage to confirm eligibility for 'AB' prefixed permit holders.

Proposed Pedestrian Crossing & Bus Stops - Twelve Acre Drive, Abingdon
The meeting was scheduled to consider proposals for a new Toucan crossing and bus stops on Twelve Acre Drive in Abingdon. The recommendations included approving the introduction of a Toucan crossing east of the eastern junction of Russel Avenue, and the introduction of two new bus stop clearways on both sides of Twelve Acre Drive, either side of the junctions with Russel Avenue. Blackthorn Road, Ambrosden - Traffic Calming and Speed Limits
The agenda included a review of traffic calming and speed limits on Blackthorn Road in Ambrosden. The proposed changes were:
- Approving the extension of the existing 40mph speed limit by 90 metres on Blackthorn Road.
- Approving the introduction of new raised table traffic calming features at the junctions of Blackthorn Road with Ploughley Road and Quintan Avenue.
