The Buckinghamshire Shareholder and Trust Committee is scheduled to meet on Wednesday 28 January 2026 to review financial accounts for two council-owned entities and discuss updates to the committee's terms of reference. Terms of Reference Update

Financial Accounts Review
The committee is scheduled to review the financial accounts for two council-owned entities:
- Aylesbury Vale Estates Financial Accounts 2024/25: This item will involve a review of the financial performance of Aylesbury Vale Estates LLP for the year ending 31 March 2025. The report pack includes the LLP's financial statements, which detail its principal activity as property investment and development. The designated members of the LLP are Buckinghamshire Council and Akeman Partnership LLP.
- London Road Business Park Management Limited Financial Accounts 2024/25: The committee will also examine the financial statements for London Road Business Park Management Limited for the year ending 31 March 2025. The principal activity of this company is property management. The directors listed for this company are J C Reed and M Preston.
Forward Plan
The committee will also comment on and note the Buckinghamshire Shareholder Committee forward plan for 2025/26. This plan outlines upcoming topics for discussion, including six-monthly reviews of key performance indicators and risk registers for subsidiary companies, as well as annual reviews of director appointments and the committee's own terms of reference.
