The Regulation Committee Appeal Panel (Transport) of Kent Council was scheduled to consider five appeals. The meeting was also set to discuss a motion to exclude the press and public from certain parts of the proceedings.
Appeals for Decision
The panel was scheduled to consider five separate appeals, with detailed reports provided for each. These included:
- Appeal 1: This appeal was detailed on pages 3 to 56 of the public reports pack.
- Appeal 2: This appeal was detailed on pages 57 to 98 of the public reports pack.
- Appeal 3: This appeal was detailed on pages 99 to 138 of the public reports pack.
- Appeal 4: This appeal was detailed on pages 139 to 174 of the public reports pack.
- Appeal 5: This appeal was detailed on pages 175 to 190 of the public reports pack.
The agenda indicated that these items were for decision, and that the press and public might be excluded from these discussions due to the likely disclosure of exempt information relating to individuals.
The meeting was scheduled to be held in the Darent Room, Sessions House, County Hall, Maidstone. Attendees included Wayne Chapman, Stuart Heaver, Mary Lawes, Colin Sefton, Dodger Sian, Andy Ballard, and Stephanie Broom. Benjamin Watts, Deputy Chief Executive, prepared the agenda.
