The Licensing Sub-Committee of Doncaster Council met on Wednesday 4th March 2026 to consider applications for the suspension or revocation of personal licences. The committee resolved to revoke one personal licence and noted the withdrawal of another application.

Revocation of Personal Licence

The Sub-Committee considered an application for the suspension or revocation of a personal licence. Following the presentation of the report by the Licensing Practitioner and questions from the Sub-Committee to the Personal Licence Holder, the committee deliberated. It was resolved that the personal licence be revoked. This decision was made to promote the licensing objectives of preventing crime and disorder, and public safety, in accordance with the Council's Statement of Licensing Policy and relevant Home Office guidance.
