The minutes from the 9 February meeting detail two applications for premises licences: one for 153 Carr House Road, Hyde Park, Doncaster, DN1 2BD, which was refused, and another for 59 Harlington Road, Mexborough, Doncaster, S64 0DF, which was granted with a terminal hour of 11:00 pm. The minutes from the 17 February meeting show that the Sub-Committee considered five applications for new Private Hire Drivers Licences and one for a new Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Drivers Licence. Of these, four applicants were deemed not to be 'fit and proper' persons, while one was granted a licence subject to six penalty points being added.
