The Licensing Panel of North Northamptonshire Council is scheduled to consider the fitness of three individuals to hold Hackney Carriage and/or Private Hire Driver Licences. The meeting will take place in the Council Chamber, Cedar Drive, Thrapston, NN14 4LZ.
Consideration of Driver Licence Fitness
The panel is scheduled to review the fitness of three individuals to hold driving licences. These discussions are listed as Items for discussion
and are not for publication by virtue of paragraphs 1 and 7 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 19721.
The first item for consideration is the fitness of an individual referred to as (KR) to continue to hold a Dual Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Driver Licence. This is followed by a review of the fitness of an individual referred to as (AH) to hold a Private Hire Driver Licence. Finally, the panel will consider the fitness of an individual referred to as (MR) to continue to hold a Dual Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Driver Licence. Rita Groves is listed as the presenting officer for these agenda items.
