This Committee considers call-ins relating to decisions of the Adur Executive in relation to an Adur District Council only matter; and to exercise the functions set out in Article 6.03 of the Council's constitution. The specific responsibilities and functions delegated to the Adur Overview and Scrutiny Committee are set out in detail in Part 3 of the Adur District Council Constitution.
