Planning Regulatory Board

The Planning Regulatory Board is made up of elected councillors.  It considers applications for planning permission and similar issues, as well as public rights of way.  In doing this, it has to take into account national and local planning policies, and the relevant legislation.  You will find more information in the Constitution
