Human Resources Committee

The Human Resources committee considers all matters relating to Human Resources within the council. This includes the approval of policies, the recruitment of the Head of Paid Service and staff retention packages. The committee receives reports from the Head of Human Resources twice a year on the operational management of the organisation, highlighting fluctuations in trends on indicators affecting the staff resources of the Council, such as sickness, recruitment and equal opportunities.
