Restructuring Implementation Committee

This Committee was established in November 2010 to ensure effective arrangements are in place for implementing the new Senior Management structure agreed in principle by Council.  It covers some of the functions previously covered by the Employment Committee, with regard to appointment and dismissal of senior staff.     Links to further information;
