The Licensing Panels will deal with all Gambling Act 2005 and Licensing Act 2003 matters to ensure appropriate compliance with legislation. These Panels will hear applications for grant, renewal or review of variations of premises licenses, club certificates and personal licenses where a Hearing is required because either relevant representation, a valid review notice or a valid objection notice has been received by the authority. These Licensing Panels are sub committees of the Committee of the Licensing Authority.
