Purpose

The purpose of this report is to describe
concerns around disorderly and antisocial behaviour taking place at
Nelson Row which runs between the Milner and Kingswood housing
blocks, and to seek consent for a Public Space Protection Order
authorising a gating scheme placing access restrictions on Row as a
remedy to these concerns.
