Health Overview & Scrutiny Committee (Sub-Committee of Public Health and Communities Policy Committee)

Health Overview and Scrutiny Committee (HOSC). The HOSC is a sub-committee of the Public Health and Communities Policy Committee.   Under current regulations, local authorities in England have the power to review and scrutinise matters relating to the planning, provision and operation of the health service in the area.
