Public Rights of Way and Greens Committee

This is a regulatory committee to which Full Council has delegated all functions relating to public rights of way and greens (e.g., functions concerning the registration of common land and town or village greens; the power to register variations of rights of common; the authority to create footpaths, bridleways, and restricted byways; etc.).
