Values and Ethics Sub-Committee

The Audit Committee has appointed this sub-committee to deal with all matters relating to the ethical framework affecting members of the Council (e.g. the promotion of the highest standards of behaviour by members of the Council; advising the Council on the adoption and operation of the Member Code of Conduct; overseeing the adoption, implementation, and maintenance of a procedure for dealing with allegations of breaches of the Member Code of Conduct; etc.).
